Graduation

Well, today I will become a college graduate! I guess it's exciting. I've been working toward this for four years, and now it's done, kinda weird!
Matt heard from North Carolina this week. He had an phone interview. It turns out Stock is building a new store right right now in Rock Hill, South Carolina, about ten minutes south of the NC and SC border. They are looking for an assistant manager. The guy that interviewed Matt was really impressed with him, and he's working out a time for Matt to fly out there. Hopefully when Matt goes, Taylor and I can find a cheap flight and go out to look for a place to live. We'd probably live in North Carolina and Matt would drive over to go to work so that we can start getting NC state residency, but we've got to look at the policies they have on getting it. So that's our good news for the week.

Hunting for Easter Eggs

Great Day

Well, no news from Stock, but Taylor got his helmet off. He doesn't even have to wear it at night. We are really excited! Church was great today. Don't you just love it when you have those days where everything is just good. That's been today. Taylor and I woke up around 7:15 and we played then I got ready for church, I got Taylor and we all walked to church. Our sacrament meeting was really good, our Sunday School teachers did a great job and in Relief Society we talked about Pres. Faust's talk "The healing power of forgiveness," and there were so many comments. It was just a great day!

The Waiting Game

Well, Matt is finishing up his one year manager-in-training program with Stock Builiding Supply, and we're just waiting to see where they're going to send us. We asked for 1. Ohio 2. North Carolina 3. Austin, Texas. One of his managers let it slip that he has an interview in North Carolina, but where or when we have no clue! I'm getting really anxious, just waiting around.

My last day of college was yesterday! I don't think that it's hit me yet that I'm graduating. It's kind 0f anti-climatic. I only have one final during finals week, and it's online and then I'm done.

Taylor has four teeth now. He was so cranky on Monday, but his second HUGE top tooth broke through, so now he likes to chew on his fingers with his new pearly whites. Some of you may not know about his helmet... let me enlighten you. When he was really little he would only sleep on his right side and therefore the right back side of his head is flat, so we've been wearing a helmet since February 6th. The helmet allows his head to only grow in the back right so it will be round again. It looks so good now, and I'm hoping at our doctor's visit tomorrow we'll get the thumbs up and get to take it off. We'll see!
